  • Manages the Executive Correspondence System (ECS)
- analyze all CHIPS incoming deliverables within NIST flowing from the CHIPS Program Office and CHIPS R&D Office, the Department of Commerce, the White House, Congress, other bureaus and program offices, other Federal or state agencies, and non-governmental organizations.

  • Provide direction across organizational units in determining information needs, urgency, and deadlines of correspondence through analysis of CHIPS program metrics though the ECS system.
  • Identify, recommend, and demonstrate effective methods and techniques for staff to use in improving information flow and assignments for daytoday operations.
  • Recommend specific approaches tailored to the nature of the information and the targeted audience(s).
  • Analyzing organizational specific correspondence issues to identify and anticipate needs.
  • Identifying and carrying out internal communication and planning requirements needed to support NIST leadership.
  • Review, analyze, and develop briefings and memorandum on a variety of administrative and programmatic matters specifically for the NIST Director.
