Job Overview

Salary Range: $118/HR to $128 (On-Site)

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically related to Radiation Protection. A minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant field experience in Radiation Protection is required, with recognition as an authority in this domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations necessary for the ongoing support of design, construction, startup, and/or maintenance activities of intricate high-technology systems or projects.
  • Provide expert insights on Radiation Protection and technical matters, offering guidance to project design and construction teams in specialized areas.
  • Conduct independent evaluations and assessments in areas of expertise, advising project teams to achieve successful outcomes on complex, high-technology initiatives. Collaborate with management and client representatives.
  • Establish and uphold work standards, manage schedules, assess work quality, and communicate organizational goals, objectives, and policies to team members.
  • Lead the project team, coordinating with functional organizations, and supervising senior personnel within the project framework.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance and may necessitate enrollment in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). The role is strictly onsite.
  • U.S. Citizenship is a requirement due to the nature of the work.
