Job Title: Ethics and Compliance Specialist 3

Job Summary:

The EA-ETHICS/Ethics And Compliance department is seeking a highly skilled Ethics and Compliance Specialist 3 to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of ethics and compliance are maintained across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective ethics and compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into ethics-related matters, analyzing data and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management and staff to provide guidance on ethics and compliance matters, ensuring a culture of integrity and transparency.
  • Review and analyze policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ethics and compliance best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8 years of experience in ethics and compliance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective ethics and compliance programs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in a related field.
  • Professional certifications in ethics and compliance, such as CCEP or CCEP-I.
  • Experience working in a government or regulated industry.
