We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers flexible working hours and is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in both customer service and administrative roles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Support team members with administrative duties and projects
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
