Position Overview:
The Administration and Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the organization's administrative functions and operational processes. This position involves assisting in the formulation of research, providing insights, and responding to all administrative documentation related to information requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly statistical reports on FOIA inquiries and prepare corresponding quarterly and annual summaries.
- Contribute to the evaluation and analysis of Records Management activities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Support the management, execution, and evaluation of records management initiatives to guarantee adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Perform moderately complex support tasks with minimal supervision while following general guidelines.
- Coordinate administrative services, including clerical tasks, printing, mail distribution, messenger services, and telecommunications.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic or high-pressure environment.
- Experience in tracking work schedules and addressing human resource matters for a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for various office and virtual functions.
- Capability to monitor project progress and communicate updates to senior management.
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
- High School diploma or GED with 3+ years of experience in a military or civilian administrative role, or an Associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with government acquisition programs.
- Ability to quickly adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

The salary for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific affordability. The anticipated compensation range for this role is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 annually.
