Position Overview:

The Administration and Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency and compliance. This position involves assisting in the formulation of research, guidance, and responses related to administrative documentation, particularly concerning requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The coordinator will also be responsible for generating monthly statistical reports on FOIA inquiries and compiling quarterly and annual summaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze Records Management activities to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Support the management, execution, and assessment of records management initiatives to guarantee compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Perform moderately complex support tasks with minimal supervision, following general directives.
  • Coordinate various facilities and administrative services, encompassing clerical tasks, printing, mail distribution, messenger services, and telecommunications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to multitask in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in monitoring work schedules and addressing human resource matters for a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative and virtual tasks.
  • Capability to track project progress and communicate updates to senior management.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management capacity, or an Associate's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with government acquisition processes.
  • Quick learner with the ability to assume additional responsibilities as needed.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

The salary for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range is between $54,000.00 and $123,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this role and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.
