Position Overview:
The Administration and Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's administrative functions. This position involves assisting in the creation and management of documentation related to information requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The coordinator will also be responsible for generating monthly statistical reports on FOIA inquiries, along with quarterly and annual summaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the evaluation and analysis of Records Management activities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the management and execution of record management programs, ensuring that all systems of records adhere to applicable regulations.
- Perform a variety of support tasks with a moderate level of complexity, operating under minimal supervision while following general guidelines.
- Coordinate various administrative services, including clerical support, printing, mail distribution, messenger services, and telecommunications.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic or high-pressure environment.
- Experience in tracking work schedules and addressing human resource matters for a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative and virtual tasks.
- Capability to monitor project progress and communicate updates to senior management.
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
- High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management capacity, or an Associate's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with government acquisition processes.
- Ability to quickly adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

The salary for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, experience, and specific contract requirements. The anticipated compensation range for this role is between $54,000.00 and $123,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this position and is one aspect of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.
