Role Summary: The Professional Services Coordinator (PSC) plays a crucial role in assisting various school districts with the effective implementation of our platforms, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professional Development:
    • Design and deliver impactful professional development sessions tailored to the needs of educators, whether conducted virtually or in-person.
    • Stay informed about product updates and effectively communicate these changes to clients, assisting in troubleshooting as necessary.
    • Customize presentations to align with the specific requirements of each district.
    • Utilize strong listening skills to adapt training based on audience feedback and engagement.
    • Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive support materials and resources for districts.
  • Expertise and Knowledge:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of best practices in behavior analysis, social-emotional learning, and special education.
    • Advise clients and internal teams on effective implementation strategies.
    • Stay updated on relevant state and district standards that may impact client interactions.
    • Engage in continuous professional development activities.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Exhibit exceptional service to address and resolve client needs promptly.
    • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues.
    • Strategically plan and execute effective communication with clients.
    • Foster strong professional relationships with district partners.
    • Monitor client engagement trends and propose strategies for improvement.
  • Professional Conduct:
    • Maintain an organized calendar and meet all deadlines set by supervisors.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients and team members.
    • Take ownership of projects and responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an educational setting, utilizing social-emotional learning and behavior analysis principles.
    • Experience in staff training and presentations.
  • Preferred:
    • Active teaching certification or professional licensure (e.g., BCBA, MSW, LCSW).
    • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
    • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
