Job Overview

Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Executive with a background in selling Security Solutions, including Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Access Control, and Fire Alarm Systems. Experience in Security Systems Design and Integration is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client requirements and address concerns promptly.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and effectively present them to end users, contractors, and consultants.
  • Organize and manage daily tasks for designated geographical territories and market segments.
  • New Business Development - Promote Centec to prospective clients through cold outreach, online leads, and networking opportunities.
  • Client Retention - Sustain and expand the current client portfolio, including reaching out to existing clients for contract renewals and upselling initiatives.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarize and/or become proficient in our additional Business Software Tools.
  • Contribute to our success by providing exceptional service to our clients.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

  • Draft comprehensive and precise Sales Proposals.
  • Ensure accurate processing of client transactions for project completion.
  • Collaborate with Operations for successful project execution.
  • Oversee the project from order placement to completion to uphold client satisfaction and relationships.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all company operations and policies.
  • Stay updated on all products, services, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in all relevant training sessions and meetings.

Customer Service Focus

Provided in: Commercial Integrated Security Systems, including:
Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intercom, and Alarm Systems.

  • Prioritize customer development.
  • Foster an environment that ensures ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • Be punctual and participate in company meetings and training sessions.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide recommendations based on quality and value.
  • Achieve established Sales and Gross Profit Targets.
  • Work collaboratively with administrative, marketing, sales, service, and installation teams.
  • Exhibit professionalism and represent Centec positively in all interactions.
  • Minimum of 1 Year Sales Experience in the Commercial Electronic Security Sector.
  • Demonstrate outstanding personal integrity and business ethics while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Some travel may be required.
