Job Overview

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in upholding the Ultimate Service Promise by delivering exceptional customer care to our members and visitors.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Interaction:
  • Warmly welcomes guests and members, ensuring they receive prompt assistance.
  • Handles incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Adheres to established member check-in protocols.
  • Effectively addresses member inquiries, requests, and concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Maintains accurate records of maintenance requests, fitness profiles, phone inquiries, and group fitness bookings.
  • Reports any unsafe conditions or emergencies to management immediately.

Operational Duties:
  • Ensures the front desk and lobby areas are consistently tidy and organized.
  • Monitors retail performance and works towards achieving set goals.
  • Contacts members regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances.
  • Collaborates with maintenance and cleaning staff to resolve any facility issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must exhibit a vibrant and friendly demeanor with a positive outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to customer service, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Educational Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Current CPR/AED certification is required.
