Job Overview

Position: Property Manager - Urban Development Partners

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Candidate Profile:

We seek an experienced property manager capable of overseeing the daily operations of our distinguished portfolio. You should excel at multitasking, proactively addressing potential issues, and guiding your team to achieve both quarterly and annual objectives.

You should also possess:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in property management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple properties effectively
  • Expertise in resolving escalated customer service issues promptly
  • Experience in preparing annual budgets and managing capital improvement projects
  • A positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a focus on solutions
  • A self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for analyzing processes
  • Ability to present property data clearly to leadership in various reporting formats
  • Experience in leading, training, and inspiring a team
  • A customer-centric approach, dedicated to meeting the needs of all stakeholders
  • Familiarity with accounting practices, including invoice processing and profit and loss analysis
  • Capability to assess market competition and provide valuable insights
  • Experience in auditing marketing efforts, including online platforms
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations and local laws affecting property management
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or willingness to learn
