Position Overview
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, leveraging your extensive understanding of Origami's offerings and industry insights to enhance the adoption of the Origami platform while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily client interactions related to onboarding, support, and product adoption to ensure client satisfaction.
- Promote the use of contracted functionalities to maximize client engagement and value derived from Origami.
- Oversee ongoing support by assigning tasks and deliverables to team members.
- Ensure timely triage and resolution of service log requests.
- Customize the Origami platform to align with client specifications.
- Execute action items from the Client Satisfaction Improvement Plan.
- Identify and escalate potential scope changes during implementation to the Project Manager.
- Assist in the configuration of the Origami platform.
- Support the account management team in preparing and negotiating pricing and Statements of Work for contract renewals.
- Identify potential sales expansion opportunities and collaborate with the account management team to pursue them.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in a client-facing professional services role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related business field.
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and XML is preferred.
- Background in Project Management with a proven track record of successful customer implementations is a plus.
- Experience in RMIS, EHS, GRC, or Healthcare is preferred.
