Job Description

Arch Painting is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for following up on submitted estimates and securing contracts for our commercial and residential painting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on submitted estimates and secure contracts for our services
  • Prospect and target specific customers to introduce Arch Painting and gain opportunities for estimates
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and close deals
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with an uncapped commission structure and unlimited earning potential

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in an SDR/Inside Sales role, selling B2B and B2C services
  • Experience in large daily call volume
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Previous experience in construction or facility maintenance services helpful
  • Experience in providing finance options to customers for services will be a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and good judgment
  • Flexible, self-motivated team-player, who is willing to learn and to perform various duties depending on the company's needs
