Job Overview

Arch Painting is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for following up on submitted estimates and securing contracts for our commercial and residential painting services.

We are a fast-growing company with a strong reputation in the industry, and we are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to help us achieve our growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an SDR/Inside Sales role, with a proven track record of success in selling B2B and B2C services. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on submitted estimates and secure contracts for our commercial and residential painting services
  • Prospect new customers and introduce Arch Painting to gain opportunities for estimates
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in an SDR/Inside Sales role
  • Proven track record of success in selling B2B and B2C services
