Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery - CyHawk Hospitality Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and indirect supervision of all restaurant staff, including management and non-exempt employees.
  • Responsible for achieving planned sales and profit levels through effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, including food and non-food items, to ensure efficient usage and minimize waste.
  • Anticipate and resolve system breakdowns to achieve guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including payroll, cash and receipts, productivity, food costs, security of funds, and operating expenses.
  • Attend scheduled regional meetings and make presentations as requested.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Make timely and sound decisions, using sound judgment and following through on commitments.
  • Anticipate problems and issues, and take proactive steps to resolve them.
  • Lead by example, maintaining a guest-first focus and a positive work environment.
  • Set and share goals with the team, monitor and track progress, and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
