Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team in Sioux Falls, SD. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing restaurant operations, leading a team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations: Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure high-quality food, excellent customer service, and a clean and safe environment.
  • Management: Supervise and train management and hourly staff, including recruiting, interviewing, and selecting new team members.
  • Financial Management: Meet or exceed sales and profit goals, manage labor costs, and maintain accurate inventory and financial records.

Requirements
