The Assistant Manager for Restaurant Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and high-quality food products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Assisting in the management of daily restaurant operations.
  • Training and mentoring team members to uphold service standards.
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Food Handlers Permit and/or ServSafe Certification as required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language of the workplace.
