The Assistant Manager for Restaurant Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food offerings, adhering to the standards established by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. This position involves supporting and gaining insights into restaurant management duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain food quality.
  • Assist in the management of daily restaurant operations.
  • Support staff training and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role is required, along with successful completion of the certified training program.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
  • Possession of a Food Handlers Permit and/or ServSafe Certification is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the workplace are essential, with fluency in English being critical for certain customer service roles.
