Job Overview

Role: Manage, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all expectations for sales, cost management, food quality, staff training, cleanliness, sanitation, and customer satisfaction are met or exceeded.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs in a timely manner.
  • Train and oversee staff members.
  • Strictly adhere to food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address negative trends and enhance sales.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Follow company policies regarding cash handling, property, products, and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels to guarantee product availability and place orders as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in supervisory or management roles (preferably in food service).
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Understanding of kitchen operations.
  • Proficient in using Point of Sale systems.
  • Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and train both current and new team members.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of human resource management practices.
