Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a key member of our State Farm agent team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Use a customer-focused approach to identify and meet the needs of our customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the agent team to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
