Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Steel Craft Corporation. This role is essential for delivering outstanding service and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry of various information, including purchase orders and customer schedules.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, pricing, and delivery.
  • Processing customer orders, ensuring all specifications and pricing are correct.
  • Engaging in basic sales activities to enhance market share with existing clients.
  • Providing support to other departments, including price estimation and market analysis.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of ISO procedures and sales processes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; technical education is advantageous.
  • At least one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Epicor, is a plus.
