Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on F100 engine hardware and related systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to resolve complex technical issues and improve product performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical order manuals and other supporting materials.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Travel to customer sites and other locations as required to support Analytical Condition Inspection (ACI) and Deep Look forecasting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in aerospace, aviation, or engine maintenance.
- US Citizenship required due to government contracts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Familiarity with jet engine systems and technical order manuals.
- Experience working with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
