Account Specialist Overview:

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Communicate effectively with customers and warehouse operations to ensure customer needs are satisfied.

* Serve as a liaison between our Operations team and the customer.

* Administer, organize, and file paperwork.

* Operate a computer and utilize InterChange's warehouse management system software.

* Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of two years' experience working with an enterprise-level software package.

* Three years' experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) a plus.

* Ability to work in a team environment and/or manage team members.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or GED equivalent.

* Ability to communicate via email and the telephone effectively and efficiently.

* Ability to operate a computer and willingness to learn and utilize InterChange's warehouse management system software.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical are required.**
