Job Description Overview

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Document Solutions Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing account relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect new clients and develop strategic sales plans to successfully market our products and services.
  • Meet or exceed minimum sales and margin goals as determined by the Director of Sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and features to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Collaborate with other business units to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of account and sales data in our CRM database.
  • Engage in high levels of call activity with named account base or territory to build strong relationships and drive sales.
Qualifications
  • High School Graduate; College education preferred.
  • Industry experience preferred, with a strong understanding of sales and account management principles.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong writing and computer skills, with proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing a territory with multiple accounts and a broad geographic area.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain and grow personal relationships with clients, while staying current with fast-moving technology.
