Insurance Account Manager

Adecco USA is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the successful implementation of our insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Insurance Product Implementation: Work closely with our clients to implement our insurance products, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with our clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems, using analytical and creative thinking to find solutions.
- Education: Associate degree or two years of equivalent related experience in business.
- Experience: One to three years' experience in the health benefit/insurance space.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and across team settings, intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.
- Qualifications: TPA knowledge is a benefit.
