Strategic Account Manager

SymQuest, a leading provider of managed services, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, driving growth, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a group of contracted clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and profitability.
- Identify and collaborate with our engineering team to design and implement network solutions projects.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including webinars and seminars, to drive attendance and engagement.
- Coordinate with client account teams to leverage resources and ensure seamless delivery.
- Create and implement technology roadmaps that align with SymQuest standards and client business needs.
- Manage the implementation of technology roadmaps and assist clients with budget development and cost reduction efforts.
- Develop and refine SymQuest team operations processes to increase staff productivity and department profitability.
- BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in account management and technology consulting.
- Industry manufacturer and general certifications are valued but not required.
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and learn new concepts quickly.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter mentality, and ability to think outside the box.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills to all levels of management.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to a wide audience.
A portion of work will be performed at client locations, which may vary in terms of quality of workspace. Consecutive hours spent at a time sitting in front of a computer monitor and using keyboard and mouse. Frequent driving is required for this job.
