At Hyatt House Belmont, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hotel's operations, including food and beverage, guest services, and reservations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and up-to-date on sales strategies and best practices.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry, including hotel owners, managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and best practices, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college coursework in a related field preferred.
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
