BDC Sales Agent

The eSales Agent is a key member of our sales team, responsible for generating sales appointments with customers who contact us via the internet to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. This role requires a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy in responding to customer inquiries.

• Respond to internet inquiries in a prompt, professional, and accurate manner.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into our CRM system.
• Generate sales appointments and conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools and compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including exhibiting ethical behavior and providing the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a call center environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
