Job Summary

The Front Office Supervisor is a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at the Grand Bohemian Orlando. As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for leading the front desk team in executing daily operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing intuitive service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest transactions, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of guest information, including confidentiality and key control.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Plan and organize daily shifts, delegate tasks, and audit work for accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title.
  • Experience within luxury brands or markets preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

The Front Office Supervisor will work in a shared space with constant noise, without the use of a private office. Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands, with the possibility of working over 40 hours with or without notice.

Physical Demands

The Front Office Supervisor will be required to move 10lbs on a daily basis, push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs on a weekly basis, and travel by foot, car, bus, airplane, or other means of transportation.
