Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

At Omni Hotels & Resorts, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of Front Office operations, ensuring all systems, standards, and controls are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop Front Office and Guest Services staff to ensure Omni Standards are met.
  • Manage Front Office and Guest Services staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a luxury product experience for all guests.
  • Communicate effectively with all department managers, particularly Night Audit, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner, ensuring a positive impression.
  • Be familiar with the hotel computer system for training, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete weekly supply inventories to ensure adequate pars.
  • Prepare group information sheets and complete check-out with balance reports.
  • Adhere to all Systems & Controls of the Front Office and appropriate areas of responsibilities.
  • Assure knowledge and training of Marketing Programs of the company and hotel.
  • Work closely with the Loyalty Ambassador to ensure all select guests are being tracked and serviced.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required.
  • Previous luxury hotel experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer service oriented, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems and related computer programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
