Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Performance Hospitality. As a key member of our front office department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, leading our team of service ambassadors, and maximizing front office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome, use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions, and provide accurate information.
- Registration and Check-Out: Promptly complete the registration process, post charges to guest rooms and house accounts, verify and imprint credit cards for authorization, handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.
- Room Assignment and Key Management: Make appropriate selections of rooms based on guest needs, code electronic keys, and nonverbally confirm the room number and rate.
- Account Closure and Revenue Management: Close out guest accounts at time of check-out, negotiate compromise in the event of dissatisfaction, and authorize revenue allowances as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of prior luxury hotels or resorts experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Command of the English language, well-organized, detail-oriented, self-starting personality, ability to work beyond standard hours, and ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
