Position Summary:

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations / Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard residents' rights, ensuring fair treatment, individuality, privacy, and the right to voice complaints.
  • Adhere to and uphold all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the Administrator for facilities in the absence of the position holder.
  • Lead and support teams, removing barriers and providing solutions to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of facility leadership and staff.
  • Provide guidance to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Enhance profitability and operational efficiency across assigned facilities.
  • Analyze financial, clinical, and operational performance metrics.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and promptly address resident and family concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies and compliance requirements.
  • Supervise the facility's quality assessment and improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct site visits and offer professional development and training to optimize staff performance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of company services.

  • Participate in educating frontline caregivers as directed.
  • Implement effective fiscal management systems to meet financial objectives.
  • Ensure the management of facility and resident funds adheres to strict fiduciary standards.
  • Inspire and motivate facility staff to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Promote a work environment that values teamwork and communication.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Maintain relationships with medical professionals and community representatives.
  • Engage in the development of marketing strategies and community relations initiatives.
  • Comply with legal requirements, standards, and policies, including the Compliance Program and HIPAA regulations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service for patients and colleagues at all times.
  • Report incidents and grievances in accordance with established procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Adhere to state regulations and company policies, including confidentiality standards and infection control protocols.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Current nursing home administrator license is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a facility administrator.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and create operating budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with quality assurance programs and departmental operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain neutrality and create a safe environment for employee concerns.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word and Excel.
