This is a newly established role within the organization. The Senior Vice President for Healthcare Operations will act as the Chief Operating Officer for all healthcare centers across the United States, including the Liver Institute.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Lead a diverse team dedicated to delivering effective and efficient healthcare services.

4. Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures for all healthcare operations.
5. Supervise daily operations of healthcare centers.
6. Foster teamwork and effective communication among all staff members.
7. Contribute to the establishment of strategic growth objectives.
8. Ensure the long-term sustainability of healthcare centers.
9. Maintain open lines of communication with senior executives.
10. Uphold high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols.
11. Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement focused on learning and quality commitment.
12. Identify technological advancements and procedural enhancements for improved efficiency and accuracy.

Financial Oversight:
1. Collaborate with the finance team to prepare annual and mid-year budgets for all healthcare sites.
2. Continuously monitor financial performance across all locations.
Reviews and Audits:
1. Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding operational status.
2. Conduct routine reviews and audits to ensure adherence to organizational procedures.
3. Address patient feedback and ensure customer service objectives are met.
Quality Improvement:
1. Work with leadership to assess and enhance the quality of care provided.
2. Assist in the evaluation and reporting of external performance metrics.
3. Ensure compliance with national and state accreditation standards.
4. Collaborate with leadership to pursue additional relevant accreditations.
Meetings Participation:
1. Attend leadership team meetings.
2. Participate in joint operations meetings.
3. Engage in monthly regional administrator meetings.
4. Attend other assigned meetings.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate:
1. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Education and Experience:
A Master's degree or higher in Nursing, Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient clinical operations, preferably in a leadership role within a medical environment, is essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project is necessary.
Language Proficiency:
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, write reports, and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
Reasoning Skills:
Ability to analyze problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions based on financial and quality reports.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel locally and nationally as needed for site visits and conferences.
