About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team at Infinity Technologies. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing our national supplier base, developing category strategies, and driving cross-location purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier Management: Responsible for the selection, contract management, documentation, and communication with preferred or new suppliers.
  • Category Development: Develop category strategies for our company divisions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Purchasing Activities: Support cross-location purchasing activities within the framework of category management.
  • Special Orders: Initiate and support special orders (high value goods), maintain data, create key figure analyses, and derive measures.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Skills: Analytical, data-oriented approach, proficient knowledge of MS Office, ERP, and BI systems, team spirit, responsibility, and initiative.
  • Language: Excellent written and spoken German skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the described area of responsibility is an advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of reliability, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
