Key Responsibilities- Develop and release contractual documents to procure goods and services for the department.
- Perform research, evaluation, and interpretation of related laws, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Perform backup duties in the Stockroom and assist Supply Specialist as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, professionalism, and stewardship in all interactions.

- Ability to organize work efficiently and conduct effectively.
- Ability to verify information against a set of standards and verify accurateness.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to convey information in a method others can understand.
- Ability to use logic and analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of available procurement options.
- Ability to move heavy boxes of supplies (up to 50lbs).
