About the Role

You will lead the development and cultivation of business relationships with key decision-makers in the pediatrician community. Your primary objective is to maximize revenue growth and market expansion for our nutritional products across designated territories.



Your Responsibilities:

  • Apply the selling process, organize and communicate information effectively, build customer confidence and receptivity, and develop rapport.
  • Maintain personal relationships with physicians, M.D. office staff, and other influencers in the customer network.
  • Stay updated on Reckitt's and competitors' products through accurate and complete knowledge.
  • Show understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, competitors, regulations, and managed healthcare environment.
  • Develop territory and management plans to prioritize essential activities for short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Foster teamwork and shared goal achievement by sharing knowledge, experience, and information to optimize business strategies and drive sales within your territory.
  • Communicate effectively at all times, securing information, resources, and support within Reckitt to capitalize on business opportunities and address customer needs.
  • Utilize current computer software systems for planning, forecasting, and reviewing sales activities, researching data, and supporting sales calls and presentations.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in field sales representation or pharmaceutical/nutritional sales. A two-year RN degree with equivalent experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree requirement. Proficiency in influencing key decision-makers and presenting information to various audience levels is also essential.

We offer an estimated $91,700-$137,100 annual salary range (USD), along with a bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package, including parental benefits, employee assistance programs, life insurance, and more.
