Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships within our Power Efficiency Solutions segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a territory in the SouthEastern United States, covering North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Northern Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Territory Sales Plan to meet or exceed business targets.
  • Create and manage new growth opportunities, maintaining an active project deck in CRM.
  • Presentation of proposals and quotes to customers, ensuring adherence to pricing strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with key accounts, driving business performance metrics and ensuring Regal Rexnord as the preferred supplier.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, including 30% variable compensation. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, 401k retirement plan, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
