About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at SMS. As an Outside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through developing relationships with business owners, presidents, and CEO's.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, B2B, and business development, with a proven track record of success. They will be able to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

This is a great opportunity for a sales professional who wants to take their career to the next level. With a base salary of $65,000 and realistic first year commissions ranging from $20,000 to $30,000, this role offers a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with business owners, presidents, and CEO's
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • At least three years of business ownership experience and/or three years of face-to-face direct sales, outside sales, B2B, Business Development experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
