About the Role

As a Sales Professional for Business Development, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expansion across assigned accounts. This dynamic position requires a strong understanding of the sign and graphics industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel at assigned accounts, including sales, technical, production, purchasing, and management.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand wallet share at existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate negotiations and resolve issues between assigned accounts and Mactac on matters relating to product performance, pricing, service, etc.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Mactac's existing business, available existing business, and new business for the account and Mactac's strategy to maintain the business we have today, obtain the business now owned by our competition, and how we plan to execute on new business available to both Mactac and our customer.
Requirements
  • 5 years of successful sales experience.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory, up to 75% out of home market.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage business growth.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of personnel both within and outside Mactac.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • Background in Printing, Graphics, and UV/Screen a plus.
