Territory Sales Manager

As a Senior Business Manager in the field, you will engage with key stakeholders within the Multiple Sclerosis sector, including neurologists, allied health professionals, and local MS organizations, to promote our Neurology product line.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to your designated territory.
• Effectively communicate intricate clinical and reimbursement details about Biogen products to customers and stakeholders.
• Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to identify and address the educational needs of customers.

Qualifications
• Education: A BS/BA degree is preferred; an MBA is advantageous.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, specialty, hospital, or biotech sales is required, with a diverse background being highly desirable.
• A proven history of success, evidenced by consistent high performance (Top 30%) over several years and recognition awards.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a competitive and uncertain market; experience in product launches, business development, and co-promotion is beneficial.
• A proactive and innovative thinker who excels in teamwork.
• Committed to customer and patient needs, with the ability to identify challenges and strategically pursue outcomes with minimal guidance.
Additional Information
The compensation range for this role is competitive and is influenced by various factors, including relevant experience and job location. This position also offers eligibility for Biogen's long-term incentive grants and other performance-based programs.
