Mission

At Smartcat, we develop collaborative software that facilitates a multi-faceted marketplace of brands, agencies, and freelance linguists working together to translate content. Our integrated payment and translation automation systems position our suite as the central hub for localization efforts. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of 15-20 Strategic Accounts, focusing on driving utilization, adoption, and expansion across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve quarterly objectives related to software usage from your assigned customer portfolio, contributing to team goals that typically aim for 40% quarter-over-quarter utilization growth.
  • Manage 15-20 Strategic Accounts, each generating over $1 billion in revenue.
  • Enhance engagement with newly onboarded users through various initiatives such as onboarding sessions, regular customer meetings, and quarterly business reviews, guiding them towards success and promoting faster expansion and increased retention.
  • Utilize your analytical skills and communication abilities to identify our customers' most pressing challenges and explore how we can address them.
  • Identify further growth opportunities within existing accounts, seeking additional use cases and users, and collaborating with Strategic Sales to facilitate expansion.
  • Work closely with Solutions Architects, Marketplace Delivery Teams, and Strategic Sales to enable and accelerate growth through exceptional onboarding and support.
  • Establish strategic alignment with your portfolio and demonstrate business value ROI to accelerate growth across adjacent teams and business units, positioning Smartcat as the primary solution for all multilingual content creation needs.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a B2B SaaS environment or a well-established translation technology company.
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • Deep understanding of the Smartcat product vision and platform capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to uncover and demonstrate value to customers.
  • A high level of intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.
  • Consultative approach with the ability to navigate complex client needs across various industries.
