Compensation:
$100,000 / year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company-provided systems and tools to meticulously document, track, and manage all sales activities promptly and accurately, contributing to the proposal process and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and onboard new rental clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Drive increased rental utilization within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve a minimum number of face-to-face client interactions each month, as documented in SAM.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive offerings and industry trends, including rental pricing.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Rental Dispatchers to facilitate rental transactions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on sales to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate communication with clients and relevant departments to ensure prompt delivery of equipment.
  • Manage the logistics of equipment pickup and delivery as required.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing job duties.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor in all interactions with customers and the community, representing RDO Equipment Co. positively.
  • Engage in company-sponsored training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in all company communication initiatives, including meetings and team huddles.
  • Foster a collaborative and professional relationship with colleagues and management, committed to teamwork and exceptional customer service.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by management in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience or relevant training.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Must possess valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
