KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Engage with clients, suppliers, and service professionals to assess customer needs and identify appropriate solutions and support.
  • Analyze service activities and work orders to compile necessary information for accurate cost estimations for suggested repairs.
  • Assist service professionals by researching equipment and sourcing repair components.
  • Maintain an orderly sales process utilizing CRM tools.
  • Precisely estimate service and repair tasks through CRM systems.
  • Regularly track and follow up with clients, finalize sales, and meet sales objectives.
  • Promptly address multiple customer inquiries regarding pricing and service scope.
  • Foster and sustain positive professional relationships with clients, suppliers, service professionals, and dispatch teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and local developments.
  • Encourage a company culture that promotes high performance and morale.
  • Communicate regularly and seek advice from the Sales Manager.
  • Support and assist the sales team as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS)

  • High school diploma or GED; a college diploma is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer service or sales within the HVAC sector.
  • Passionate about our company mission and dedicated to serving our clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Outstanding active listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Capability to gather, monitor, and evaluate extensive data.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Flexibility to handle varying situations and unexpected challenges.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with smartphones, mobile applications, VoIP technology, computers, printers, copiers, and modern office equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be capable of sitting or standing for extended periods.
