Sales Consultant for Rental Solutions

This role involves cultivating enduring relationships with clients to create mutually beneficial solutions within a designated area while representing RDO Equipment Co. with professionalism.

Compensation:

Annual earnings of approximately $100,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize company-provided systems and tools to meticulously document, track, and manage all sales activities in a timely and precise manner, contributing to the proposal process and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Identify and onboard new rental clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

• Drive increased rental utilization within the assigned territory.

• Maintain a minimum number of face-to-face client interactions each month, documented in the system.

• Stay informed about competitors and industry trends, including rental pricing strategies.

• Collaborate with Sales Management and Rental Dispatch teams to facilitate rental transactions.

• Ensure timely follow-up on sales to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate communication with clients and relevant departments to ensure prompt delivery of equipment.

• Manage the logistics of equipment pickup and delivery as required.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while executing job responsibilities.

• Represent RDO Equipment Co. in a professional manner when interacting with customers and the community.

• Actively engage in company-sponsored training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Participate in company communication initiatives, including meetings and team huddles.

• Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with colleagues and management, maintaining a commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience or training is preferred.

• Strong understanding of local market dynamics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.

• Proficient computer skills are required.

• Candidates must possess valid work authorization and be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
