Your Role with Us:

Ensure our clients continue their operations by providing the right parts for their fleets promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline inventory management to align with parts demand, achieve cost efficiency, reduce excess stock, and enhance order fulfillment processes.
  • Develop an efficient parts procurement strategy to minimize client downtime.
  • Foster customer loyalty through timely support, customized solutions, consistent communication, and reliable delivery.
  • Utilize internal parts and vendor systems to maximize accuracy, efficiency, and time savings.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in Parts Counter Sales or a similar in-house parts position.
  • Familiarity with our products is not a prerequisite; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • You thrive in team environments, actively listening, sharing insights, and exploring new perspectives to achieve collaborative success.
  • You derive satisfaction from assisting others, understanding that organizational success hinges on customer experiences—it's in your nature to go the extra mile.
  • Attention to detail is paramount; you recognize that minor oversights can lead to significant issues.
