Position Overview:
This role involves establishing enduring relationships with clients to create mutually beneficial solutions within a designated area while representing RDO Equipment Co. in a professional manner.

Compensation:
Annual earnings of approximately $100,000.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Potential earnings of $70,000 to $100,000+ in the first year, with top performers exceeding six figures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize company-provided systems and tools to meticulously document, track, and manage all sales activities promptly and accurately, contributing to the proposal process and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Identify and develop new rental clientele, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

• Drive increased rental utilization within the assigned territory.

• Conduct a specified number of face-to-face client interactions monthly, documented in the system.

• Maintain awareness of competitive products and market trends, including rental pricing.

• Collaborate with Sales Management and Rental Dispatchers to facilitate rental transactions.

• Ensure timely follow-up on sales to promote customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with customers and relevant departments to guarantee prompt delivery of equipment.

• Manage the logistics of equipment pickup and delivery as required.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while executing job responsibilities.

• Present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co. in all customer and community interactions.

• Engage in company-sponsored training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

• Participate in company communication initiatives, including meetings and team huddles.

• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and management, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and exceptional customer service.

• Execute additional duties as assigned by management in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience or relevant training is preferred.

• Strong understanding of local market dynamics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Candidates must possess valid work authorization and be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
