KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engage with clients, suppliers, and service technicians to comprehend customer needs and identify appropriate solutions and support.
  • Analyze service activities and work orders to collect necessary information for accurate cost estimates on recommended repairs.
  • Assist service technicians by researching equipment and sourcing repair components.
  • Maintain an organized sales process utilizing CRM tools.
  • Provide precise estimates for service and repair tasks through CRM.
  • Consistently monitor and follow up with clients, finalize sales, and meet sales targets.
  • Respond promptly to multiple customer inquiries regarding pricing and service scope.
  • Foster and sustain positive professional relationships with clients, suppliers, service technicians, and dispatchers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and local developments.
  • Encourage a company culture that promotes high performance and morale.
  • Regularly communicate and seek guidance from the Sales Manager.
  • Support and fill in for team members as needed.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • High school diploma or GED; a college diploma is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer service or sales within the HVAC industry.
  • Passionate about our company vision and dedicated to serving our clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong active listening abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to collect, track, and analyze substantial amounts of data.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Flexibility to handle varying situations and unexpected circumstances.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with others both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with smartphones, mobile applications, VoIP technology, computers, printers, copiers, and modern office equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work on a computer for long durations.
  • Must be able to work on ladders, lifts, and at elevated heights.
