Low Voltage Systems Technician

Job Overview:


Become a vital member of our team as a Low Voltage Systems Technician. In this role, you will visit various client locations to conduct testing, setup, installation, and routine maintenance on commercial and detention-grade locking mechanisms, access control systems, intercoms, and video surveillance technologies.

Your responsibilities will include servicing and diagnosing low voltage and electro-mechanical systems, emphasizing the delivery of superior workmanship with minimal oversight.


Essential Skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Capability to ascend ladders and lift weights exceeding 50lbs
  • Expertise in electronics, circuits, relays, and low voltage systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and online platforms
  • Proficiency in software configuration and programming for surveillance and access control systems
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and wiring schematics
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Work Environment:

You will be engaged in indoor work on government, commercial, and industrial projects. Our culture fosters a family-oriented atmosphere with an emphasis on teamwork and exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with a team of 2-6 members. The dress code is casual work attire, including jeans, khakis, company-issued work shirts, and composite toe footwear.

Typical working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, with some variations based on project requirements, and an average of 5 hours of overtime each week.
