Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on brewery equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Equipment Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Supply Chain Management: Source and procure materials and supplies as needed for maintenance and repair projects.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff on maintenance and repair procedures.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols, and participate in emergency response efforts as needed.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a brewery or manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience working with low and high voltage electrical systems and sanitary welding.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods, and lift up to 75lbs and push up to 175lbs as needed.
