Your Role:

We are seeking a B2B sales professional who is focused, dynamic, and self-motivated. You will embody the values of the Edmunds Program, consistently seeking opportunities to assist dealers. Your character is essential; this role is about fostering long-term relationships rather than just closing deals. You will be the trusted partner that dealers rely on to improve their customer service and increase sales.

Your objective will be to help dealers maximize the benefits of our program and keep them informed as it evolves. This is an exciting time for growth at Edmunds.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Experience in inside sales is advantageous
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with dealer groups by demonstrating the value of their partnership through analytical insights, group meetings, and virtual store visits
  • Proficient in prospecting and connecting virtually with existing and new dealerships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with dealer groups in your territory, reviewing their online presence and best practices using the Edmunds Program
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with dealer groups through prospecting, cold calls, and in-person meetings
  • Evaluate online marketing strategies, including hosting processes and training
  • Ensure timely resolution of dealer issues and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Analyze and report on field sales activities and dealership performance
  • Provide feedback and innovative ideas to product and operational teams
  • Manage contracts and accounts receivable

Compensation:

The compensation package includes a base salary plus commission, with total earnings ranging from $70,000 to $125,000. Edmunds also offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, which includes:
